What we would do:

Meet with senior management and obtain instructions on; contract issues to ensure compliance with company requirements, specifications & standards, contractual & financial disputes, consideration, duration, adjudication, arbitration, limitation of liability, indemnities and liquidated damages

Analyse business practices and market conditions to evaluate bid responsiveness, contractor responsibility and contractor performance

Advise on appropriate contracting strategies as to risk, reward, risk mitigation plans, contracting policy and protocol with practical knowledge of contract administration procedures – implementation & oversight, monitoring contract performance, status reports in agreed format, and compliance with procurement policy.
Conduct site visits and meetings

Develop procurement procedure and review its effectiveness in the marketplace. Perform contract analysis related to pre-award, post-award and/or price/cost analysis functions to enable development of well-defined and precedent contract actions. We are fully aware that successful agreements depend on a getting the balance between planning, accuracy and business analysis, flexibility and acceptable costs.
